In cooperation with the Office of Energy Security, University of Minnesota Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships, Southwest Regional Development Commission, and the Green Institute, the Minnesota Project is working on creating regional resources for clean energy and economic development for communities across the state through the Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) project.
CERTs, launched in 2003, is connecting people with the technical resources needed to identify and implement community-scale energy efficiency and clean energy projects. CERTs offers a wealth of project planning, technology, and funding resources, clean energy reports and presentations, a clearinghouse of events in Minnesota, and an insightful blog.
