Are you looking to support local farmers by dining at restaurants that use local food? Great news! There are many to choose from in Minnesota. The following list has been compiled by the Heartland Food Network as a service to Minnesotan consumers looking for healthy, local food when dining out. We have personally spoken with the restaurants and caterers about their use of local food and all of these restaurants have a commitment to buy from local growers. When you visit them, please let them know that are patronizing them because they use local, sustainably grown food. Let them know you’d like them to use as much as possible! They listen to their customers.
